Shipping Policy

Important Notice
Due to our multiple warehouse locations, orders may arrive in separate packages at no additional charge to you.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed, payment is processed within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Time
Please allow 2-4 weeks from dispatch to receive your item. For US states outside the mainland, delivery may take slightly longer. If you have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us at support@my-avora.com.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase. A separate dispatch email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped — please check your spam folder if you don't see it. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update after dispatch.

Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations and order changes are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have entered processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
